"No response / no customer service"

No response despite stating that they deliver flight reservation in 1-3 hours typically and 8-12 hours rarely. I signed up for this service after hearing really good feedback about them on a Facebook group. However, they failed to comply with what they state on the website (both delivery timeline and 7/24 hour customer service)
Also, they never send a confirmation email upon after filling out the form and making the payment which also makes you wonder whether they will deliver or not.

I selected 2 hrs delivery on Friday, today is Monday afternoon and until now i have not receive any reservation—no response to emails or calling the phone number provided. this is no at all what was written while ordering the flight reservation.

the itinerary was not followed. They can't be reached 24/7 which is in contrast to their slogan. Very poor service!!!

Amazing company! I worked with them multiple times and the embassy always accepts the flight booking from them.
