"They're probable scam"

They're probable scam. I've purchased the iternary for schengen visa today for my interview on 19th July, i got in two hours but all wrong flights booked, nothing like what i ordered.

Now they're not replying back to email. Phone and chat bot options don't work.

I won't refer them to anybody. No i'm worried spending the money and not getting things done.

I have make the purchase on 15th July and nothing has been received until today, although they claimed my flight itinerary will received within 2 hours !
Tried to chat with them but no response, emailed them also no reply !!

"Recent Experience Not as per expectations"

It has been very good experience over last 2 years but my recent experience was not as expected. I got air ticket reservation for visa , but was shocked to find that this PNR did not exist after 48 hrs , while Visa application was under process. I called them but no response. This website claims that PNR remains valid for at-least 7 days but this was not true.
