I needed to create a dummy flight ticket for my Schengen visa application. This website appeared to offer lower prices compared to other websites, so I decided to use their service. In their confirmation email, they promised to send the tickets within 1-2 hours. However, the tickets did not arrive until I contacted their online customer service. Even then, the ticket I received had the wrong outbound date!

This issue occurred less than 20 hours before my visa application deadline. I had to contact customer service again, but they did not respond despite me sending them numerous messages.

Although it is a legitimate site, I will not use their service again due to their slow response times, careless service, and poor customer support.

Truly! before using I went there for checking the customs reviews regarding this site and I have found many negative reviews then I have asked with support team and they said those reviews are given from competitors or some spirits they don’t want to groom BRFV.

But I was thinking this was just lame excuse after that I want meet online friend Johnson and he inform me to use just single time.

Then I had decided to take a risk and placed the order, you even not imagine the support are very cooperative and I had got the documents within 2 hours also the updates time period is very exclusive.

I prep booked my hotel with this company and was told I will receive my booking confirmation in two hour but that never happened. I paid twice for the same thing and still have not received anything. I called, emailed as well as chatted with the live chat team but no response on the chats as well. I'm really not happy and requesting a refund but no response
