I’ve used BRFV in the past two years and they were awesome, providing prompt updates and easily reachable online via their chat.
My recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I made a reservation on 13 August which should be valid for 14 days, currently it’s 24 August and my reservation is no longer visible on the airline’s site. When I reached out to the team, they conveniently asked that I make a review before they could extend my booking… considering I’m well within 14 days, this was disappointing.
