I have quite good experience with customer service twice. They showed quite prompt response. Helped in the first time when itiniraries were delayed, also with dates amendment in 2nd time. not yet tried in visa centre itself hope it will go well.

Service is fast that is what I experienced. However, I found out that the date I have to correct for my returning is error, immediately I send email to informed my concern. After a couple of hour I received my itinerary and found out both date are incorrect suppose to be my itinerary
Departure on June 27, 2024 and returning July 01, 2024. What I received is Departure July 01, 2024 and Returning Aug 01,2024. Please I am for the correction of my itinerary.

Very unprofessional service. I highly do not recommend them. They make many mistakes and never read the additional information you provide, which is a waste of time. If you send them an email, they will read it but either not reply or take forever to do so. They also do not send any confirmation for payment and form submission.
