Couldn't be happier with how the guys at Goodmove have handled my sale. I had a property that I had been trying to sell for some time with no luck (flat above a shop) as it was tricky to secure a mortgage on. They found a buyer quickly, which ultimately fell through, but found another buyer soon after.

My input has been minimal and they (particularly Zoe) have handled everything for me.

Well, when you find your dream home and haven't even marketed your own what do you do. Well you do what we did and call Goodmove. Now I thought we would get our cash offer direct but our property wasn't suitable but the team told us not to panic and to give them 2 weeks and they could get us a buyer. I was skeptical but by the end of the first week we had 3 viewings on the Saturday and then we were SSTC on the Monday. This meant we could carry on and progress our dream. Our Solicitor costs were covered as were any other little bits like EPC. I have to give a special shout out to Zoe who looked after us and progressed the sale and kept us informed all the time. I will miss our regular chats. Also to Robbie who conducted the viewings and was there on hand throughout to help guide us through paperwork etc. I will be 100% honest and say this is not the route for everyone as you do get a lower value than via traditional estate agents, but then again you don't pay the fees. In our circumstances it was absolutely perfect and the team are so supportive all the way through. Thanks Zoe and Robbie and the team at Goodmove, you made our long term dream a reality

In particular Adam who always called back as soon as able. We took a little bit less due to a property in the area being valued. But it was worth it due to the smooth transaction. There were delays but not down to this company. They did what it said on the tin. Really happy with the service and would recommend.
