Considered using a Cash House Buyer company following an inherited property struggling to sell. Lot of bad press about these, its a minefield. So did my homework and came up with Top 3. Greg Gray was a real gem. I had so many questions. He answered them all, he was proffesuonal, polite and extremely patient. There were 3 Executors so all had to agree, but in the end decided not to pursue this route. But cannot fault Goodmove. Just do your homework, as long as you know what to expect, no hidden surprises.
