I have asked 3 companies to give me a cash offer on my property which is high value and pretty unusual. The others messed me around for weeks and then said they couldn't give me an offer because of the price of the house, this included sending valuers round and generally drawing it out.

Goodmove also didn't make an offer but were very upfront about that from the first call, were very professional, and also gave me good advice in general about the property market etc. I think they seem very trustworthy and professional.
