I was worried about using a “We buy any house” company but need not have been.
After making initial enquiries I had time to ask lots of questions before I committed to signing an agreement.
I was then kept informed every step of the way about viewings and feedback. Once a sale was agreed Zoe took up the reins and guided the sale to completion. Although the sale stalled a few times Zoe communicated with both parties and enabled the matter to progress.
I would happily recommend the company. Once you have decided that you are willing to accept a lower price for your property the pain of dealing with and paying solicitors is handled by Goodmove. Although my sale was not as quick as I would have liked this was not the fault of Goodmove as they found a buyer quickly. The sale was held up by prevarication from the buyer. Having said that I believe the whole process was speedier than following the traditional route.
I have been very happy with the service I received.

My first call was with Greg who was brilliant, he offered me a great price which I excepted, he was friendly and understanding as well as professional and he put my mind at ease. The rest of the process was carried out by Sophie and Yasmin, both lovely ladies who supported me all the way through to completion. They are both extremely efficient, professional and understanding especially when I was worrying myself sick.
