Bestelde product, (boottrailer lier) snel geleverd. Er zat een slingering in de tandwieloverbrenging, maar ondanks dat was de lier wel bruikbaar. Vandaar vier sterren, anders een vijf.

bestelling 79056373 van 12/10 ik krijg bij vragen aangaande levering meldingen op 16/10 - 17/10 - 18/10 - 19/10 - 21/10 en 28/10 bestelling zit steeds bij Hub Harnes of Mr Belgium met als laatste bericht van Mr Belgium op 28/10 met excuses voor vertraging, wanneer krijg ik mijn bestelling van 12/10 welke op 12/10 reeds betaald is ! zelfde bestelling uit 2 delen met nr 79056374 werd wel geleverd op 22/10 , ben misnoegd over de late ( niet ) levering 8 graag per kerende antwoord

de bezorging ging al mis want het lag bij de buren tegen de schuur zodat iedereen het gewoon kon wegpakken.
de salontafel klopte van geen kanten niet voorgeboorde gaten,beschadigingen op de panelen.

"Great Customer Service"

Hello, This review is only regarding customer service and not products.

I've bought a TV cabinet from VidaXL and it was supposed to arrive 1-3 Business days.

But due to the unprofessionalism of the carrier they work with (Packs.nl), the order wasn't received, even after waiting daily at home for a week.

However, I would like to thank VidaXL team and especially Stephanie and Lucas for the great customer service and understanding they provided.

They really put much effort on helping me out with my order even though it wasn't their role to do.
After that they requested a full refund for me with an additional coupon code which I truly appreciate.

"Wooden Chest"

Ordered item, it didn't arrive. They said they would send another, still not arrived. They have a "feedback form" they send you to ask if you were or were not satisfied. That only works if you are "satisfied". From my experience, do not deal with this company, I am not sure where they are based but I doubt if it is in the UK and I would class them as "Very Unreliable"

Are there two companies called VidaXL?

The VidaXL company I am dealing with has the same logo as you! I am assuming it IS you?

I am absolutely mystified by the feedback from this company. I have a company calling themselvess VidaXL saying they aren't VidaXL even though they have the same name and logo as the ones I am trying to contact regarding a missing delivery. They have a feedback site that doesn't seem to work and, when I contact them they dont know what order I am talking about. A choatic shambles? yes. I think an order has actually been delivered now and I will be home later today, I can only hope it is what I ordered. I could not use this company again, they seem to be in either the USA or Holland, I cant find out who they actually are and none of their responses have made any sense.

UPDATE:
I now have the parcel here at home, unopened as yet. I did have a call from a very nice lady in Holland (I think) who asked if I would accept a £20 discount on another product, but I would not feel comfortable using this company again. I thank them for taking the trouble to telephone me and I am hoping the scenario is over although, if the item is self assembly, I will not be able to put it together without asking someone to take it away (at an extra cost) and bring it back ready for us.

"Vertraging in bezorging"

Vertraging in bezorging, daarna pas 's avonds e mail dat bed volgende dag bezorgd zou worden voor 14.30 uur, vrij genomen van werk, het is nu 20.00 uur s avonds, nog steeds geen bezorging. Contact via chat gehad, beloofd dat het voor 17.00 uur bezorgd zou worden. Telefonisch ook contact gehad, in het engels, omdat nederlandse lijn een lange wachtijd had, ze hadden een e mail naar bezorger gestuurd en dat is het. Weet nog steeds niet wanneer het bed bezorgd word, ik neem geen vrij meer van mijn werk en zo te zien ga ik het hele bestelling dan maar annulleren...

"gevaarlijke glazen tafeltjes"

Ik heb bij vidaxl drie glazen side tafeltjes van veiligheidsglas (tempered glass) besteld. Na een botsing tussen twee tafeltjes bleek het geen veiligheidsglas te zijn want er braken grote stukken glas af. Deze tafeltjes zijn levensgevaarlijk.
Aanvulling 13/10: Vidaxl heeft op basis van de reviewervaring de set volledig vergoed. Goed gedaan vidaxl
