I never received my order! I sent two emails inquiring about when to expect delivery and never received a response. Also, tried calling and never could get a person to answer.

RV Frig Parts Direct APPEARS TO BE A SCAM SO FAR. I ORDERED A SIMPLE PART ON APRIL 8 AND THEY HAVE BEEN NEGLIGENT IN ANY DELIVERY SO FAR. IT IS MAY 18 NOW!! I asked for a refund but i think my $30 is gone!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM “MORGAN CRAFTON” or this company!!!

Ordered a $1650 Norcold fridge from this company that listed item as in stock ships in 5 business days. The only thing that happened was they changed my credit card and sent order confirmation. Never responded to emails or returned phone messages. Then I got suspicious about this company and looked up reviews on this business . Wow seems like common practice for this company to take payment and never respond to customer emails or phone messages. I contacted my credit card company to reverse charges thinking that I didn’t want to wait for them to refund my purchase in 3-6 months or ever. Buyers beware they list things as in stock ships in 5 days not the case with my order.
