After researching different companies to manage our online sales channels,we went with Channel Grabber as the pricing seemed competitive(initial set-up fee wasn't mentioned at first but we went with it anyway)Initial introduction was with Dan who was very helpful and then we were passed to Clare for the onboarding phase.She was great and very patient and was always available when issues cropped up in the early stages.Matt has also been a top man.Still getting the hang of some of the features as and when time will allow.You must have a CREDIT account with your couriers/Royal mail to integrate with Channel grabber-Pay as you go won't work-They really need to integrate with Parcel2go as this company covers Hermes,DPD,Parcelforce,DX and many others so would make sense as we don't use the postage integration at the moment.Most issues we have had are with Amazon(of course) -Orders coming in German/French from EU marketplaces-now we have abandoned selling to EU sadly because of Brexit hassle this will probably go away.Recently had a courtesy call asking for suggestions going forward and offers of listing/website/social media help which we will look into.Overall very satisfied

We have been using Channel Grabber for around 6 months now, it has totally revolutionised our business. Last year was a big year for our online side of the business however with our old system we were spending too many hours each month processing orders, sorting invoices for customers, keeping check of stocks between our selling platforms. With Channel Grabber we can do all of this on one platform making things more streamline for us and enabling us to expand the business and introduce more products, something we wouldn't have been able to do last year due to staff taking too long processing orders.
The staff at Channel Grabber have been amazing helping out with the integration for all our platforms, as with any new system teething issues occurred but they were quick to sort these and if it was a user error issue they were able to tell us where we had gone wrong too.
I would recommend Channel Grabber to anyone wanting to grow and streamline their business.

"Mis-sold"
On paper it seems perfect - manage multiple sales channels in one place, all comms dropping in one inbox and seamless integration of shipping services. Except we didn’t get that far as we were mis-sold to in our initial call. Our offering involves up to 60 variants of an individual product, of which we offer over a thousand different types. This is complex, but we were reassured of CG’s capabilities after explaining it in detail. Came to onboarding and Clare was great, but she soon realised it wouldn’t work. Directed towards accounts for a potential refund but heard nothing except a payment reminder. Had to also explain to them about mis-selling from CG, and was promised a quick reply. That was 4 months ago. Several hundred pounds out of pocket for a small business isn’t a joke. But we’ve survived. So keep the money, I’ll keep this review here.
