Unfortunately I gave them a Gucci coat to clean. It came back ruined, the collar has lost all shape and puckered, I think where the pressing was too hot . The wool cloth is now stiff. An attempt had been made to press a lapel on a coat with no lapel. I really don’t think they had any idea or understanding of what they were doing. I’ve emailed and not got an answer. I so regret leaving it with them.

"Damaged items and items not returned on time "
I sent shirts for wash and iron, a suit for dry cleaning and some shoes for a repair. The shoes were not returned and I was told they were delayed despite me needing them for a business trip. Chat service is an AI not that does nothing to resolve the issue and promises an email in 24 hours. The suit was returned damaged due to pressing at too high a heat requiring me to buy a new suit. I have found similar damage to my shirts from my last order still hung in my wardrobe unworn. Will not be using their service again, appalling.

"Brilliant wash, iron and delivery service "
Booked wash & iron service for five shirts and a pair of trousers. They were collected on the Saturday as arranged and delivered back on the Sunday at the time specified. All items washed, well ironed and delivered on hangers as requested. Tremendous service and great value for money. Used them a few times now for this service.

I stopped using Prime Laundry in 2022 after 3 consecutive occasions of delays in getting my laundry back from them. It was usually an excuse of "a van broke down", the driver was lost, the driver was sick, the traffic was bad - you could tell it was just an automated excuse/BOT. I accidently used them again today (I switched to I love laundry - who are brilliant btw) and guess what, laundry was due back over two hours ago and guess what "due to an emergency with one of our drivers he had to drop his shift" they must think we are all stupid, have no memories or their drivers are in very difficult circumstances with contact emergencies/broken vans/being sick/getting lost/etc etc. DO NOT USE

"One customers disturbing experience with this service"
Tonight (15th April) I had a very disturbing and unsanitary experience with Prime Laundry's service. I was shocked to catch the person who has been urinating in our building's lift to be their driver engaging in a totally inappropriate and disrespectful act by urinating in the elevator of my building. The aforementioned when we have always treated their driver with courtesy and respect.
The whole incident completely disregards basic hygiene standards, and respect for private property. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but it also poses health risks to others using the lift. It's especially concerning during times when we are all trying to maintain heightened cleanliness to safeguard our health. Moreover, there have been other occasions we have found urine in the lift unknown to who it could be (coincidentally after their drivers delivery), but the culprit was caught (tonight) and confessed (Prime Laundry's driver/delivery-person).
I expected much more from Prime Laundry, which claims to offer premium services. Today's event has severely undermined my trust in their operations and their choice of staff. It is absolutely unacceptable behaviour, it is vandalism and completely out of line with what any reasonable person (customer) would expect from a reputable company.
Given the severity of this situation, I urge the management at Prime Laundry to take immediate and appropriate actions to address this behaviour and to ensure it is not repeated to others, and to reassure your customers that they can expect safe and professional service.
Disappointingly, this experience has left me feeling disrespected, concerned as a customer and I have no further trust to use their service as all trust has been lost. It's essential for service providers to uphold standards that reflect well on their business, and today Prime Laundry has failed to do so. One disappointed ex-customer.

From start to end I received a fantastic service.No more dragging bulky items such as quilt and bedding to the dry cleaners myself makes me very happy indeed! 👍🏻
