Monday 07 October, could not for the life of me complete payment of order?? Error,something went wrong?? Several times! SALES Agent called as noticed order still pending in my cart!!Products paid, all available & was told eligible for Free Delivery. Was told order should be delivered by Friday. Nothing. Monday called & was told Order was tagged as "PickUp" not delivery? Again, confirmed all items in stock & instore Auckland! Need items urgently before Sat 19 Oct to make freight cutoff for shipment overseas. This order was bathroom mirrors, tapware, etc. New Housebuild for family. Confirmed delivery Thursday 17 latest.
Weds 16 x2 items [6 in total] delivered.Rang again, this time told x1 was comin from Hamilton, the rest available, out for delivery, now Friday latest! Thursday rang again, x 1 item delivered, x 1 still comin from Hamilton,& now told x1 is now 'out of stock' get an email Friday this item now on backorder, due in NZ -01 NOV! Requested to cancel & refund $$..Still waiting x1 item,guaranteed was out 4 delivery with Driver Friday!!Sat 19,chasing the item, was told is with driver & should be delivered by 12midday!
Lost the cutoff as item never arrived..Have 2rebook for 28 Oct now..Weds 23 Oct, chasing now the refund as nil received? Finally, spoke to someone who actually showed some empathy,told me the Refund was not actioned as the person who took the details incorrectly took the wrong bank acc #, she also appealed to my situation & apologised to me for all the miscommunication but also,the duress & beyond frustration this has caused us!! This has put such a poor review mentally & verbally for all our family & friends, as we have started buying elsewhere like NZ Homeware Avondale.
This has been the worst disaster of customer service from this company!!Auckland Trade Depot!!
Fyi: I purchased a tapware from Christchurch depot & it was delivered within 5days..
I waited 16 days for my items to be despatched from Auckland/Hamilton!!
