1st Purchase was dispatched on the 16th May, by 10th June had Not arrived. Complaint resulted in 2nd item being dispatched, arrived in 3 days!

"Trade Depot…false, misleading and devious advertising."

I was lead to believe that Trade Depot was setting a new standard in selling affordable appliances combined with great service. Not so. Here in Canterbury they advertise - daily free delivery....but what they don't tell you is that you are required to buy $2500's worth of product before the free delivery takes place. No where in the advertising does it advise you of this fact. At best it is false advertising at worst its plain fraudent advertising. Trade Depot subsequently replied to my experience and neatly said in a few words that terms and conditions are stated in their info. However they are still being basically dishonest with their customers( one less now) because behind the scenes, while they continue to mislead customers by repeatedly advertising free home delivery, they omit to advise you that you have now to spend more than $2500 to qualify for free delivery. ( originally it was $1500). And by the way, they have suddenly become additionally greedy in the sense at the same time as they adjusted the minimum spend for free delivery, they raised their heat pump installation charges by 100%. So all round my opinion of Trade Depot has gone down the gutter. Just don't expect any nice customer service, because likely you won't get it, when things are not just quite right.

"Vogue Washer Dryer"

Bought a Vogue Washer Dryer. Worst decision ever. It doesn't dry, hours and hours still clothes are damp. It leaks from the detergent draw. It just about shakes the house apart, is so noisy. Terrible, terrible machine. The Trade Depot customer service refuses to admit there is a fault with the machine. The technician told us we need to hang the washing out to dry it after taking it out of the dryer and showing him how wet the washing was! Save yourself the stress and hassle - run now while you can!

This is a scam.
The worst place where you can buy appliances.
Apart from the sales staff who does not care about you and don't explain anything to you before purchase.
Who are only interested in your money.
The products are really bad quality. I bought a fridge and washing machine and dryer combo.
The machine is not cleaning very well and the dryer never dries the clothes even if you put a few gym t-shirts and shorts.
And if you want to return or exchange. Good luck with that. they will want to charge you 20% for a cartoon box.
save your money and the hassle on yourself and buy from Harvey norman or neo liming.

"Purchase delivery"

We have purchased a freezer / fridge and it was delivered within 3 days from when the payment was cleared. This Media brand item works excellent!

Based on the first experience (very good), we have purchased a dishwasher, clothes dryer and heated towel rail to be delivered within 4 to 5 days now via CDI Truck services. Items were scheduled to be delivered soon after purchases, Since then, no update for actions taken, no contact, not even possible to type shipping details on web enquiry? Should we stay at home and be ready for delivery everyday? Not so good for us!

"Shocking and very poor service DONT USE THEM"

Ordered a Fridge freezer online to be delivered. After a lot of calls and emails someone promised a delivery date after 2 weeks The tracker stated its scheduled but with no date. finally it arrived however was not happy with the quality so I asked for a refund. After 2 weeks it gets picked up. However one week later the refund was processed but they deducted $90 bucks for delivery charges without my consent. There was no email or any communication that they will deduct for delivery and pick up as I already paid for the delivery.
I'm still waiting for a refund and explanation very poor customer service.
