My dryer is only 2 yrs old and blown up. Ceramic cooktop also 2 yrs old and cracked when tapped and now dangerous to use. Have to buy both products again only after 2 yrs useage!

My first-time online order experience with Trade Depot has arguably been the best I have ever experienced!
The prices for 100% silicone sealant ($3.6) and gap filler ($2.8) caulking tubes leave the big boy retailers in the dust!
I made the order on the 19th and received on the 21st. Ridiculously fast!!

Get excited people!! S*** just got real!!

"Worst service ever"

Worst service ever. Ordered a fridge online 15th July, said allow 2-6 days delivery. On tracking order kept being listed as scheduled for despatch. Phone and message service said email as option due to wait times. Tried to go online to website and message said website unavailable. Phoned back and spoke to representative, was told she would email Hamilton depot and phone me back with update. Did not call back. Checked tracking order again today, noted updated for despatch 28th July. The 6 working days are up tomorrow, 28th is another week away and I will then be back at work. Phoned rep back, got same person I spoke to yesterday, apologized about no return call, unable to have fridge despatched any earlier than next week as all spaces full. Asked to cancel order and get refund. Rep was not able to provide information about what timeframe this would take. Most appalling service and communication I have ever encountered. I will never be using Trade depot again

"No Item and No Refund"

We bought 2 items from TradeDepot, separate but on the same day. (Dispatched on 02 June 2022) We received one but the other one would never turn up. We got two order numbers for that one item, it was meant to be out for delivery but the delivery company said it was put down as a duplicate item. Tradedepot said it was damaged on the phone. There was no help or trying to get it sorted, each kept saying duplicate/damaged.

We finally asked for a refund on the 29th of June 2022 and still waiting for that refund. We would never order online again with Trade Depot, we live in the middle of nowhere and will/have gone elsewhere. It is now the 20th of June 2022.

This is my first review ever because this experience was overall unpleasant.

"Will never purchase from here again"

Will never purchase from here again. Had an oven that has been in use for less than 6 months. Put the oven on self clean mode and the middle glass panel shattered. Glass keeps coming out of the oven creating a massive health and safety issue (particularly as we have a toddler). Told them we urgently need this fixed and was advised that we had to pay for them to send us a glass panel and then we can install it ourselves. This is completely unacceptable the oven needs to be fit for purpose and it clearly isn't. Then they suggested we may have damaged the glass by cleaning it, but we pointed out this makes no sense as it's the middle glass panel that is broken not the outside panels. Then they suggested that the oven may have been on too hot. This also makes no sense as it was simply in the self clean mode and if it gets too hot that the glass explodes, then this is a flaw with the product. I tried to complain as they refuse to repair (despite being legally required to do so) and they said the manager would call. Days later still waiting for a call. Meanwhile we have an oven that keeps randomly pushing glass out onto the kitchen floor. My advice is to pay pay more and purchases appliances that function and where stores will commit to the consumer guaranteed act if there is an issue.

Product arrived damaged and without instructions. Looked like a customer had previously returned and we were the lucky ones who were re sent the shoddy goods! Co tacked customer service as this then held up our entire project and we had to send plumbers home. Was told a Manger would call me to arrange urgent replacement but manager never called.
Trade depot have cost us an awful lot of money ey as we still had to pay trades people travel even though they could not install as fixtures provided by Trade depot were damaged. Second time we have received bad quality from Trade depot. Will never use again!

"APPAULING WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

Worst experience ever and still battling!
Items purchased a month ago. Lost then delivered to wrong address now fridge has stopped working! Customer service phone and emails a joke now dealing direct with store who have advised old items to be picked up and new ones delivered ha! will believe it when I see them! In the meantime day 6 without a fridge! Will never deal with them again and certainly would not recommend. It's almost a "Fair Go" Story ...

"Worst customer service ever"

Worst customer service ever. It has now been over 40 days and I am still awaiting my refund on returned items. I have been dealing with delays in communication and still awaiting replys on this issue that still has yet to be resolved. I am having to chase them up every two days with an email with no replies.
