Thank you for your reply on here on 7/6 Trade Depot. 10 days later and your senior team have not been in touch and the dishwasher has still not been repaired. . I have purchased quite a few items from Trade Depot From small items to large ones.
All have been of very good quality and reasonably priced.
In all dealings directly with staff. Without exception, all have been polite and courteous
. I shall continue to purchase from Trade Depot as the quality of their products is always very high and their customer service is excellent.
I feel and know that I can trust this company.

"Midea front loader lasted 6 weeks."

Brought a midea front loader washing machine on 9-4-22. Worked great until about 6 weeks it stopped working saying error code E10. (No water). Filled out the online warranty form on the Friday night. I was in town on the Saturday and went to the store to ask if I could bring the machine into them or there repairer to try speed things up, but was told no, the technician will come to me. Later that week without hearing from any repairer I took the top off the machine to have a look. The water inlet splits into two to go to the main detergent part and prewash. I tried a pre wash which worked fine. I filled out another warranty form saying that it is probably the solenoid or faulty control panel. Got an email the next Tuesday saying our package had been picked up from trade depot. Rang the store and was told they were just sending us a new machine. On Thursday a small box turned up with a solenoid valve in it. Not even one for our machine. Didn't know what I was supposed to do with that. Rang them on the Thursday asking what was going on, and can I just bring it in on Saturday. They said yes but the technician doesn't work Saturdays. Was then told they talked to the technician and if I can get there between 9 and 10, he would come in and test it while I wait. I drove the 60kms in, got there at 9.30 to be told the technician doesn't work Saturdays. Went round the whole story and they said sorry, can't help you. Just leave it here and we will get back to you next week. With this being the start of the third week with no washing machine I said they could either give me a new one, my money back, or one of the returned machines to borrow till mine was fixed. Answer was no to all of them until my machine was looked at. Reluctantly I left it there. Half an hour later I went back to see if the technician had remembered to come in, but no. After other calls to the call center and walking round the store for about an hour one of the salesman Sachin finally got some common sense and printed me out a docket to pick up a new one but he'd probably get in trouble for it. So finally washing clothes again. Pretty worried as we brought all our new kitchen appliances here at the start of the year and haven't finished building yet so still in there boxes. Don't think I'll buy any more electronics from them again.
