I could not get information about my order. I called twice to customer service and let the phone ring for 10 minutes both times, with no answer. I got an email tonight which was still unclear, so I replied, and just got a message that my reply could not be received. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
