"Wrong size - lengthy process/delivery time"
I gave my sons PD size (provided by his doctor) and they told me that was way too small and I needed to remeasure. I gave them a different size (that I measured myself) and they accepted it. It took a very long time to process and ship. After getting the lenses they were way too big. I contacted them and they said they would exchange them. When I accepted that and gave them my cell number at their request, to complete the exchange, they stopped responding to me. Now I’m stuck with glasses way too big and useless.
