Update: received the order that I waited 1.5 months for. They sent the wrong frames.

I placed an order on 10/8/21. I was given no information on the expected ship date. At the end of October, I decided to contact them. They told me they were still waiting on lenses. I have yet to receive the order as of 11/16/21. My 2 year old requires new glasses frequently. I've ordered from 3 other companies, and all have been received within a few weeks with great communication regarding order status. I chose GlassesPros because they were significantly cheaper. You get what you pay for. Will never order from them again.
