Beware, worst customer service ever. My transaction for 2 prescriptions totaling over 1k value started by end of August and came to an end 12-07-21 when finally recovered my money with the intervention of PayPal. To start with they took over 6 weeks to deliver, then the product never arrived (not to their fault) and was sent without insurance. I could hardly receive a response other that a script from the back office same as when call for status of the order. They did not help nor could not care less about what the cuatomer claims and barely make any effort to assist. They may be great when things move smoothly, however a good company shows its mighty when things go wrong, this one was missing in action. I had to get PayPal customer protection involved to get my money back, both companies fail to understand the customer’s urgencies and need to know, I did not have any communication back letting me know what I was going to receive my glasses , which I needed the most) or my money back wich will represente having to shop for new glasses with the consequent delaying.
They may have a relatively low bad reviews but remember when it happens to you it is 100% and rest assure you’ll not be Assisted regretting having decide doing business with glassespros.com
Would have been a better response simply to replace the not delivered product and maybe lose a little bit if anything rather than not receive payment at all for the lost product.

At this point I’m not sure if I will ever receive my order. (Ordered in October. It is now December). Customer service is not the greatest and for how much you’re paying I would HIGHLY recommend going LITERALLY anywhere else. Save yourself the time and energy.

Based off their reply I want to clarify:
I called several times asking what was taking so long and was NEVER told of any issues. It took over a month for someone to finally contact me and let me know what was going on. I was very clear of what I needed and there has still been delay. Again I am STILL waiting for glasses. So don’t believe any of the nonsense that this company is saying.
