Placed an order on December 1. Could not access tracking or my account saying access denied. Tried calling rang twice and cut off. I did receive an email saying my glasses had shipped and were on the way to Washington. Now find out that they have been received in Anchorage. What the heck!!!!! What is going on???

Ordered a pair of sunglasses. got an email that it was shipped, but checked the tracking # and the shipping label had been cancelled. Called for help. was assured that the item was not backordered w/ vendor, and was shipped from vendor to GP. Called a week later. Was told to wait 24 hours while operator checked w/ procurement. called 48 hours later, and was told "a backend glitch" occurred and my item had not arrived from vendor. Was asked to wait until after holidays. cancelled order. Do Not Buy.

Placed an order two weeks ago, reached out to customer service many times via email to get even a shipping confirmation, nothing. Called customer service many times to get some info and was always directed to a voice mail box that was full. Deals don’t matter when your needing new glasses. Terrible customer service, not confident that I’ll even get the glasses I ordered. Probably won’t order from these people again.
