I had a warranty issue in November. I did a claim and had inquired a few times with no update or resolution. I called today and talked to Carl. Carl made sure the issue was looked into today and although this particular manufacturer didn’t cover the warranty, Carl was able to reorder me the frames at no charge and all I had to pay was the shipping. Thank you Carl for your kindness and ensuring this got taken care of today!

"1 month since order and still no idea when the glasses are coming"

Made my order on 11/30 and still no glasses. Says they sent them to post office in blaine Washington but tracking number just says printing label was printed on 12/22. No updates since… very unhappy and will never order again. Temped to dispute this charge on my credit card because Im not sure if i was scammed. Horrible experience to this point.
