"Buyer beware!!!"
Buyer beware!!!! I have been trying to get my new frames from this company since mid November 21, they took my money but now make excuses for not sending the second frame which is still outstanding. I ask them to cancel the order and refund my money and they do not respond to my repeated requests. BBM also has a lot of complaints about this company. Stay away from them!!!!

"A joke company"
I placed an order (#1300029470) a month ago. Since then, I haven’t received any information about my order status. Weeks ago, I started to send emails to them about my order, the emails always saying the same. After the 15 business days policy, they just stopped answering my emails and their live chat is not longer working. After calling many times I was able to speak with someone, but he was not capable of doing anything. He just said exactly the same as the emails I got “our provider haven’t delivered the product”.

"Don't buy from them"
They stated 10 to 15 business days but it is about to be a month since I ordered my glasses. It has taken way too long. Got an email saying my package was shipped almost a week ago but the usps hasn't even received them yet. Terrible customer service and overall bad experience.

"The nightmare continues..."
Short story: Do not buy from glassespros.com if you plan to seek reimbursement through your insurance.
After 5 months of back and forth, I finally received my glasses. I am now trying to submit a claim with my insurance. Anthem Bluecross requires the providers Tax ID number for a claim. I have provided this number for every claim (hundreds) in the past 15 years. My primary care physician, several dentists, and my optometrist all provide it no questions asked. Same for all members of my family. GlassesPros will not provide me with the number. I had a chat exchange with Betty who got a bit snotty with me when I suggested that it was commonplace to provide a Tax ID and that we may not be thinking of the same thing. They claim that they don't have one since they don't charge taxes...which I am surprised is legal. Nonetheless, I then had another chat and a couple emails which were actually answered very promptly. I basically got 2 answers. 1.) They don't have such a thing, and 2.) they wouldn't give it to me if they did.
Again, I have had the same insurance for 15 years, they ask for it on every claim, and those claims number in the hundreds and include 20+ providers. I did start to wonder if I was getting terms mixed up, so I did some research on Tax ID and Employer ID. The IRS website lays out the requirements for companies that require a Tax ID. If you answer Yes to any of the following questions, you need a number: Q1. Do you have employees? No need to go any farther. Clicking Yes takes you to the application.
This is clearly a company that has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are great at taking your order and then will put you into a death spiral on everything else. We are talking about something that anyone seeking reimbursement through Anthem will need, and something that every other provider will support, except glasses "pros".com

"Order# 1300029680"

> The Deal sounded Great so we ordered 2 Eyeglasses frames. Problem is, you've been Out of Stock for over 3 weeks from your supplier! No Customer Service, No followup from the company via Phone, Email or Text? So I called Glassespros after 10 days late, then again after 17 days late, waiting and their associates read me their 'same store policy script' stating their order processing and shipping policies, even though they are way overdue on their shipping & delivery times. So, take it from me, an Internet Marketer. If you are Out of Stock on an item or late on procuring your item from your supplier, and. Late on delivery to your customer, reach out to your customers. Your in Business For your Customers First! Keep them informed! Promptly Contact the customer and inform them of any delays or issues. Offer them a Refund if they are unable to wait for their order. That's what happened to our order for 2 frames. We're still waiting for a word after 21days! It would be Business proper, if we were Compensated for the Inconvenience with our order
Then we could Give you, GlassesPros a 5 STAR Rating, which you may need!
Thx, #MarketPros - George Keseg
