"This has been the most frustrating!!"
This has been the most frustrating!!! First I received an email that my frame was discontinued, I call to switch frames and was told then that the message was a mistake and to disregard. So, I continue with the order and after a month and and a couple of more phone calls no glasses. Finally called again and then found out that due to the length of the purchase, the credit card recovered back the pending funds, unbelievable!! So after 6 weeks no glasses. I have come to realize that this company does not care for my money since they have thousands of others that they can collect from. Your customer service and care says a lot about how you all handle business.
But, who cares, I did not get anything out of this. But what I did get was an amazing amount of my time wasted. So sad.

I received a notification that frames were on backorder. Chatted with Betty and she was super helpful in clarifying which frames were on backorder, when they expected delivery, etc. She answered all my questions about my order quickly and efficiently.

"Horrible experience"
Horrible experience. Said it would be done 10-15 days after order placed. We are now more than that and the order is still not done. They have no idea of the current status ("It was sent to the lab... it could be shipped today or later this week"). And it's not like this is for a game or toy - this is about a prescription.
When I finally get customer service on the phone they have been rude and just make excuses.
