Non-prescription Smith sunglasses...still waiting after 10 business days (still within their long expected wait time). Just slow and probably supply chain issues like everyone else. Nice price with discount...but too long a wait. Will update when and if I get them delivered to my business address.

So a follow up to my 10/4 review.
This was a tough one. Expected shipment within the normal 10-15 business days however was not aware that if there are issues with lenses or frame delivery, that there would or could be, significant delays which is what I experienced only Noone told me until I raised hell. The CSRs were as helpful as they could be and although frustrated I tried not to take it out on them. I spoke to Carl as well as Betty on several occasions.
Well the glasses arrived today and they are perfect. I'm so happy that I didn't cancel as I'd intended to do on 11/12 but after my asking her to just cancel, I then received a call from Betty personally a few hours later to inform me that she'd gotten more info that wasn't available during our live chat online. She offered to continue with the cancelation I'd asked for OR she'd found out that the glasses were being finished and that they were set to be ready to ship before end of day.
Well....after waiting this long I figured that I would see if they were actually going to be shipped. She said I would have a tracking number by the next morning and I did. I couldn't be happier. The glasses are great, the frame Rx appears to be perfect in both frames. Hoping the transitions will work as expected once I step outside in the morning. Stay tuned!
But for now just do yourself a favor and DON'T expect in 10-15business days. Especially with the current issues with shipping and receiving across the entire country.
Just plan on longer. Had I been told that earlier I could've dealt with that but I had to find out by asking questions.
The checkout process has some glitches that could be fixed and seems to be a pretty consistent complaint so hopefully they can look at that a bit closer.
Overall my experience was good albeit longer than expected.
Now that they're here, I can tell you it was worth the wait for two pairs of glasses that were less expensive than just one pair at my eye doctors for THE SAME FRAMES! So for that I'm grateful.
WILL do business with GlassesPros in the future.
