Everything was great except 1 part.... I made a typo in my RX so I hit edit to correct it & that wiped out everything about the lenses. I had to reenter all the info which after I did that the price went up $30. I'm not sure where this came from but having to reenter all the lens info is a bummer.

Saw an email advertisement for a pair of Oakley sunglasses and then realized the price was going back up to $210. Googled and found GlassesPros and was so happy to see their amazing prices! $157 was much better, thanks GlassesPros!!!

Purchased non-prescription sunglasses (one would classify this as a fairly turnkey purchase), intended for a Christmas gift, and read through the shipping terms and conditions thoroughly to ensure I’d have it on time. After 12 business days of no progress with the order I reached out by sending 3-4 emails never receiving a response back and I called during their limited business hours. I was able to finally reach a rep live who said that an email follow-up would be sent. And as you can imagine — no follow up proceeded. I understand how challenged the supply chain is right now but I’m perplexed as to why Glasses Pros did not disclose they did not have the item and delay before taking my money, and I’m further annoyed by how customer service has zero interest in doing their job.
This is really frustrating, 25 days later I still have no update.
1/3/22 Update: One month later and the non-prescription sunglasses are still being listed as processing. Spoke with a representative last week that promised follow-up. As you can imagine, no follow-up ensued.
