Called several times with no answer or automatically directed to ringtones that nobody ever picked up on. In the end they didn’t even have what I was looking for but it had advertised that they did. They stated they were short staffed and did reach back via email, but the emails were boiler plate templates for the first two rather than responding to my specific question regarding the frame that I wanted. even being short staffed, they could do a little work on customer service.

Edit: IVE MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CALL AND EMAIL. I WOULD NEVER GET EMAIL RESPONSES UNTIL YOU GUYS READ THIS AND DECIDED TO EMAIL BACK. I HAVE SINCE REPLIED TO THAT EMAIL , and no one emails back! THE COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE.

Horrible customer service, no communication, and has been almost 3 weeks and order is still processing for a simple pair of prescription glasses. Horribly disappointed.

I broke my easyclip sunglasses a week ago and this family-owned compagny was there to help me. My experience with them has been sincerely great! The customer service is *chef kiss*, and the site is really well done! I had no problem with any steps of the transaction. Its a really good and trustable site web/compagnie! I bought my sunglasses from Canada-Quebec and the shipping price was really affordable to!
