"I STILL haven't received my glasses!!"

I STILL haven't received my glasses!!! I ordered them weeks ago. I never received a tracking number. All I know is that over a week ago I received an email notification saying that it had shipped. I don't know if it's still on its way or if it has been stolen or if this is a legitimate company.

I don't believe anything in this world is perfect. Everybody and everything has at least one tiny flaw. Experience was good. I hope my frames will be what I expect when received.

Customer Support was very courteous and helpful, asked for a picture, got the correct numbers. The shades had been discontinued so they sent lovely frames/shades as a replacement.
