I just received my rejection notice for the return of my newly purchased glasses frame. It was broken but did not notices until the frame shop notified me of the problem. I notified glasses pros upon my notice but it was ONE DAY past the return policy. This was okayed by phone conversation prior to requesting a RMA. Oh did I say rude!! Want your broken frames back???

Customer service is a joke. Ordered aviator SUN glasses and they sent me clear lenses. Refused to make it right and rejected my return even though I requested the return the day I received them. Do not recommend at all!!

The website was very straightforward and easy to understand. Was able to easily upload my prescription so there won't be any misunderstanding. Only issue I had was the website seem slow in refreshing once I clicked on something. Just needed to be patient.
