I was able to work my way through the process with minimal issues, and other than keying one digit wrongly, it was a piece ot cake. I did spend a bit of time making sure I was interpreting and keying optical data correctly, but if I need to do it again, I will run right through it.

Glasses were ordered at the end of November 2021 and as of April 18th 2022 there is no ship date. Customer service states the order has been prioritized and expedited but does not provide a timeline. I do not have much hope for receipt of the ordered product or a refund.
