The glasses are great. The quality is excellent. According to the website we should’ve received our order within 15 days. It took almost two months. It was quite difficult to get a hold of people and once we were able to communicate either via chat or phone, we were given what felt was a “line”.

I ordered two pairs of 1.75 READERS. The glasses arrived and the lens we incorrect. I was out of the country and couldn't return them in a timely manner, so I reached out to ask if they would replace the lens with 1.75 readers. I told them, I would gladly pay to have the correct lens installed, since I couldn't return the original ones in a timely manner. The said, "we don't accept custom lens orders, you will need to order the frames and lens again". Terrible service and I would not recommend this company!

My computer glasses frames broke. I ordered same frames so I couldl pop my prescription/blueblocker/non glare lenses in them, from 2 places, they took the $$ but were out of stock didn't know when they could refill. I called Glassespros, spoke to an amazing rep, he confirmed they had my frame IN STOCK, plus BOGO and 15% off. NO shipping fee's. They were amazing!
