I ordered my glasses on February 9, 2022. It is now June 10, 2022 and I still have not received my glasses. By the time I get these glasses—if ever—my prescription will have changed!

I wish I could give zero stars.
Be careful. They put wrong prescriptions in glasses and then won’t respond for weeks. 5 day return policy so by that point you are screwed (especially if they are kids glasses like mine and they don’t verbalize an issue).
Lots of great online companies to buy glasses but this isn’t one.
And yes I tried to solve this issue with them without blasting awful reviews.

got a order 11 yr old broke both pair blue and brown so i re ordered a duplicate order first off they were no where near the 14 days more like 30 days then when i told them just cancel the order they sent me a tracking number we get the glasses both pair are brown no blue i complain get no where with them never do they own there mistake they blame me HOW THE HECK YOU BLAME ME WHEN I PRESSED THE REODER BUTTON I DID NOT PICK ANY THING I REOREDRD MY FIRST ORDER THAT WAS BLUE AND BROWN then computer generated reply's

"Terrible experience"
Terrible experience and a scam if you encounter any issue with the product. You will likely have no repercussions if they make a mistake unless you know how to take legal matters to a Canadian company, because the U.S. address is only a P.O. Box location. The sunglasses came with defective lenses and I messaged them within 2 days. Initially, they told me that my reported defect is “impossible” and that I would need to get a note from my eye doctor. I provided them a script following a new eye exam and Glassespro quickly claimed the scripts were different and therefore the “defect” was my fault. I then had my eye office provide a written note stating the scripts are equivalent, and any optometry business should know how to read a script when it’s from an Optometrist verse an Ophthalmologist. Once they finally admitted the scripts were equivalent, they next told me I have to get a “lensmeter” note from my eye clinic to prove they made a mistake before they would do anything. I went back and forth with Glassespro from February to June before just giving up. Never using this company again.

My experience with GlassesPros was excellent. Had an issue with an out of stock product and was dealt with immediately as soon as I left an email. The representative even called me to assure it was taken care of and my glasses would ship. Highly recommended 👌

I’m so grateful to find this website. I lost my magnetic clip on sunglasses for my prescription lenses in a motorcycle accident. I couldn’t find any way to get them replaced until I found glassespros.com. The website is so convenient and helpful. It showed me exactly how to find my unique product information. Ordering a replacement was very easy.

Since I submitted my order, it's been 4 weeks and I still have no clue what's going on with my order. I've received 1 update on my glasses order. Would have been easier and quicker to just get them from the doctors office instead of trying to savea few dollars. Wouldn'trecommend.
