"terrible customer service!"
I’d give them 0 stars if I could. After waiting 4 weeks, I contacted customer service and they kept saying the order was shipped. Finally after 3 months they said the frames didn’t pass inspection so I’d have to order a different frame. After over 4 months of waiting I asked for a refund. Contacted Smith directly, and a week later Smith sent my new sunglasses.

I was at my optometrist where I saw the glasses I wanted and they said if I didn’t order right now they may not have in stock. So I copied the code down and the style number and found the exact thing on the site and a much better discount and it took me five minutes to check out.

"i questioned the order shipping time…"
i questioned the order shipping time estimate and found the order mistake i made (the type of the lens). i would not realize it if the customer svc person asked me again. she/he was able to fix the mistake on the spot for me. very helpful.

I found a beautiful pair of glasses at my local eye place, I priced it out and it came out to be quite a pricey ticket. I found the same pair at GlassesPros.com with the top of the line progressive and transition lenses that came out to be a fraction of the price!!!
Customer support is excellent and very responsive. I did contact them to find out the time frames. It will take a bit longer to get your glasses, as it is a family business. Over all I am VERY pleased with my glasses and the customer care that I received!

Happy with glasses that arrived, they were on back order, and l got the chance to cancel or wait. GlassesPros gave me a time estimate which turned out to be accurate. Prescription correct, cute case and worth the wait. Polite customer service.

"I would not even give 1 star"
I would not even give 1 star. After 2 weeks the website was revamped... and I lost all log capability. After calling and reaching out via chat I was told to create a new password. But my order was gone! they assured me that it was still being worked on and I would get emails along the way. I paid for expedited shipping. I waited over a month! and when they came I couldn't see anything!!! called them and they stated I needed a signed note from a DR. before they would refund. My doctor confirmed that they were incorrect and they stated a new pair of lenses would be coming ASAP... 2 months later they are still telling me they are waiting on the provider. So I ask for a refund. they would only refund part of the order.. hang up and send generic emails! I will be sending this very review to all the web. I waited 3 months. I was kind and patient but this is ridiculous I paid $240 bucks for NOTHING DONT USE THEM!!!!
