"Horrible customer experience"

I ordered frames and lenses on Oct 1, 2022. I was supposed to receive them in 10-15 days..fast forward Dec 1, still no glasses. I reached out several times...usually no response. Tried cancelling my order and getting my money back. Finally got the glasses, but I can't see clearly. Everything is blurry. Trying to return the glasses and get a refund. It is now Jan 4, 2023 and still no response from company. I would never order from here again. Horrible customer service, poor quality. I would give zero stars if I could!!

"Ordered glasses august 31st,it’s now September 28th and have yet to receive them. I got nothing but a run around from customer support and now they are hanging up the phone on me or place me on hold."

Ordered glasses on august 31st. It is now September 28th and all I get is a run around from day one and now support just hangs up on me. They Shipped it somehow to the wrong address. They have my billing as 3060 but yet my shipping was 33060 but i called them numerous times to make sure they got the right shipping address and I even had support call me to confirm the shipping address yet they still sent it to the wrong address and that took nearly 3 weeks itself. Don’t waste your money. The negative reviews speak for itself and the way customer support treats you is a joke. They yell over you,don’t let you a get word in,they lie and hang up on the phone on you or leave you on hold until you just can’t wait anymore. Horrible experience.

"The glasses have oversize bifocal…"

The glasses have oversize bifocal lenses where it interferes with the distance lenses and makes the glasses almost unusable. I've purchased glasses from several vendors both online and locally and nothing like this has ever happened. The lab glassespros uses clearly does not know what they are doing.

I raised this issue the day I received the glasses and as of this writing I keep getting the run around from customer service. This has now extended beyond the 5 day return period so I will be forced to seek a resolution and refund through Paypal.

I appreciate the prices offered by GlassesPros. Glasses can be expensive, especially with specific prescriptions, and they have cute styles for affordable prices. They also offer quality add-ons which are good for people who have various vision needs.

It was supposed to be buy one get one at 50% off but it didn’t give me the 50% off the second pair. Called and could not get a live person to assist me. Very frustrating and disappointing. Sept 26, 2022

"As you can see from the review…"

As you can see from the review immediately before this one on August 9 you did hear from me as I had not yet received my frames that were ordered in June. And on that date you responded to say that the shipping label was created but they were not mailed out yet. So it’s anyone’s guess when they actually arrived, and I noticed that you didn’t bother to write the actual arrival date. But as the customer I have told you that they have been broken and sitting in my drawer all summer and I could not locate the email or your website searching the frame style and number. Yes it is unfortunate that you have such a poor customer service that you will not even believe your customer 4 weeks after the warranty period ended. All I am asking for is a replacement frame of the second pair that arrived 2 months after I placed the order. It clearly did not last a whole year. You’re a call-center spokeswoman said that the warranty started from the time I placed the order in June before hanging up on me. There is nothing Hassle Free about this broken hinge return. If you replace the broken frames I will take down this negative review. My husband has managed Customer service for many years. He is assuming you must have a lot of customer complaints if you cannot honor your warranty so close to the date.

"Discontinued, but found!"

I love my Takumi glasses frames, the color, the fit, the style, the magnetic sun clip, but they are old and appear to be discontinued. GlassesPros was able to obtain a new set for me. I am thrilled that I got my desired frames, but also that this online purchase was easy and regret free. GlassesPros notified me that it would take several months to obtain my frames and gave me a choice if I wanted to continue with the order. I confirmed. They again notified me when the frames were about to ship, when they were shipped, and when they were delivered. Good service and a positive experience.

"I am on the business day 22 since I…"

I am on the business day 22 since I place my order, I have call several times and they say they don't have any information about my glasses yet. Order is still showing as processing and don't get information about it. I think that this is fraud and I will join the class action law suite if I don't get any response this coming week.
