Xyra was helping me with a return. I was passed the 5 day return policy. She got approval for my return. When I couldnt log into my acct to do the RMA, she completed it for me. That was so nice and generous for her to do that. Very appreciative that someone over the internet "heard" me and "listened" to me. She was great at answering all my questions too!

I have been trying to get a refund for almost a year. It is still going no where. I have tried talking to representatives and tried submitting a report and still no resolution. I originally placed my order in December of 2021.

Just like any business these past couple years it is crazy right now, but after getting a chance fo talk with the owner and actually hearing him out. Then having him explain in depth the issues with my order, how they are being fixed and trying to get my order correct rather than just just rush out a bad or damaged product. I am very impressed and understanding of the issues. I would recommend anyone that needs glasses give then a shot and you won't be disappointed in the product you receive
