"I found GlassesPros.com today online…"
I found GlassesPros.com today online and spoke with Jay over the phone regarding the frames I was looking for. He found them immediately and told me how much they cost and how to purchase them online...I could not believe the price they were. I actually went last week to my vision store and ordered the frame I needed that I had broken. The price was outrageous, and I really did not want to spend that much. I told them to order them for me. Then I thought maybe I can find them online less expensive. Lo and behold I went online to look today and that is when I found Jay. The store I ordered them from texted me today to let me know they came in; I immediately called them and told them to cancel the order.
I am beyond grateful I looked myself and found Jay's store, he was so helpful to me. If I ever need something else, I will definitely go back to GlassesPros.com and will also recommend them to others

"Problem Solved, Happy Now"
I’d be the first to admit I had problems with this company; several problems. And I let them know about them. Every time they failed to respond or didn’t keep a promise I kind of lit them up in reviews. But as a former business owner myself I know that every company stumbles at some point. I don’t write off companies for stumbling, I write off companies for not getting back up but THESE GUYS DID.
They had a rep call me, they listened to my issues and made them right. They explained they are a small, family owned company that had some personnel issues. They dropped the ball and knew it. It’s taken a while but I’m pleased with how they stood up.
I’d buy again.

Update: A representative contacted me directly and explained that they were going through some difficult transitions, and wanted to make things right. They gave me a full refund and did not make me return the second pair. Although I had to write a negative review to get the customer service I needed, I appreciate that they were willing to rectify the situation.
This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
They took two months to send me one of my two glasses. The glasses were blurry, despite being the correct prescription, so I shipped them back. (They also argued with me about the glasses being made “to the correct specifications”).
In regards to the second pair that had not been shipped, they promised an immediate refund. That hasn’t happened, and today I got the glasses in the mail.
After several attempts, I finally got someone on their “chat” who said they would refund the one I sent back (it’s been two weeks and they were actually trying to fix them and ship them to me?) and that I had to ship back the second pair for a refund. This “Jay” person was the only helpful person I exchanged with.
All of this is after several emails and chat requests with no responses. On chat, as soon as I wrote the word “refund”, the person would disappear. My original order was September 05, and I’m still dealing with them on November 21.
Edited to add: the second pair were supposed to be tinted, but were not.

"I take back my previous review"
I take back my previous review. It has been 11 days and still no glasses. None of the links on the confirmation they send work. I called customer support, was on hold for 10 minutes and then it said the mailbox was full and disconnected.

My last review was because the owner asked me to write a good one when we spoke on the phone. I was impressed to talk to the owner directly. Now I can't get a hold of anyone?

I had called in to answer some communications about my 2 orders to make sure everything was accurate, and the owner answered. He was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful - not to mention efficient! He definitely made me feel valued as a customer and that my order is going to be top notch. He handled everything in a way that gained my confidence and gratitude 100%!

I ordered glasses and they were wrong size to fit my face and the owner personally took care of my order to return the incorrect glasses and get the correct ones ordered, will do more business glassespros.com in the future.
