"AVOID GLASSESPRO AT ALL COSTS"
Ordered glasses on December 6th. It's been a month and I have yet to receive a shipping number or any real information regarding my glasses, save for a generic email sent out before Christmas saying they'd expedite all shipping so products would arrive before the holidays. Still waiting. Terrible, terrible customer service. Will never order from them again.

UPDATE: I did finally get a response from the company. I was told it was my fault for leaving the axis empty when ordering the glasses. I informed them their own website will not allow you to order glasses with an empty axis field. They told me it was still my fault for somehow managing to have an empty axis field..which, again, is impossible. Also, I still do not understand why they would make a pair of glasses with an empty axis field??? Was it their first time making eyeglasses? Did they really think just guessing at the axis would suffice? Why would they not simply email me and ask me what the axis was before making them?
Well, after trying to get me to pay for one of the pairs again, they finally agreed to make me the glasses I originally ordered at no additional cost. Fast forward a couple weeks, I was told the eyeglasses were shipped on a specific day and about a week later I was contacted and told the sunglasses weren't possible (even though I had a pair already with the wrong axis) and I would need to pick a different frame for them. They asked me how my new pair of eyeglasses were, which I told them I didn't know because I never received them. They told me I should have them since they were shipped a week ago. I finally got them 5 days after that conversation and found from the shipping slip they weren't even shipped until I told them I never received them.
So, overall, I did end up getting ALMOST the exact glasses I ordered, but it took 2.5 months.
Original: It took over a month to finally get my glasses and when they finally arrived, the lenses were incorrect on both pairs I ordered. I have reached out 4 times with no response.

I originally was very frustrated with my order because it took almost a month to ship and it was impossible to get in touch with them. But now I have my frames and they are as ordered.

"Worst Customer Service!!! Wrong Item."
I placed my order on October 5, 2022. I chose PURPLE frames per the frame photos on their website. I provided my prescription from my eye dr. I followed up via email several times over the weeks following, to inquire as to the timing of their delivery because either no one answered after waiting on hold or the "mailbox was full" when I attempted to call. I finally received my order on November 21, 2022! I opened the package and the frames ARE PINK!!! I have now emailed pictures and my complaint 4 times without any resolution. I supposedly spoke to the owner of the company himself and was told they are not willing to return the glasses and provide me with a refund. In fact, he assured me he would follow up with me the following day with some sort of resolution and I have yet to hear from him. Completely unacceptable given I ordered PURPLE and received PINK and provided photos!!!
** I strongly advise you to shop and purchase through another company.

Look.. it took forever (almost 2 months) but I got them. With the proper prescription and let’s face it.. they have brands others don’t. These glasses are nice! Well done! I am truly enjoying these glasses and I did get the works- transition etc. - if you can- I would just go ahead and order- just be patient- it’s not fast food. You don’t get this kind of quality in a rush. Thankyou glassespro!!

I especially appreciated Jay's attitude, despite the phone ringing off the wall (a good thing!) and him being buried in snow with no courier in sight! Yet, he aims to please and you just can't help but want to do business with a company that is so personable with fab reviews! "Great Value for Frames, Lenses, and Customer Service"
I recently ordered frames (and lenses) for my daughter. First, GlassesPros were 60% cheaper than her dr. Secondly, the customer service was outstanding, I received one call asking about axis, I was caught off guard and said it must be zero. I received a second call from Jay, stating, "with this prescription, it seems odd the axis is zero, please double check." I did and infact Jay was right. Excellent Customer Service!!!

"Poor communication and wrong Rx before getting order three months later"
Update as of 1/23/23: After my below update and emailing to request a full refund, I received a voicemail and email saying that they would be fixing my order ASAP. A couple of weeks later the glasses arrived. The new glasses are fine. The saga took three months, and I bought new glasses in the meantime, so I would have preferred a refund instead of a replacement for the bad prescription, but the cost was low enough that it wasn't worth fighting with them about. While I appreciated their efforts to try to make it right, it was too little, too late, and didn't acknowledge that I was requesting cancellation/refund. Will obviously never use them again.
Update as of 1/2/23: Finally received the glasses a couple of days ago, more than two months after placing the order. Unfortunately, the prescription is wrong, and my vision wearing the glasses is much much worse than with no corrective lenses. I have a pair of glasses (from elsewhere!) with the same Rx, so I know it's not a problem with the Rx itself. I immediately emailed glassespros again and have yet to hear back. (But did just get a request via TrustPilot asking for more info about my order...). Stay away!

Placed my order on October 18th and then ...crickets... on 10/29, I got an email asking how I liked my glasses, but I hadn't yet received even a shipping notification. On 11/7, I got another follow-up email, so I replied and said I hadn't received them. I received a prompt reply from their support team asking me for my order number -- and then, more crickets. I replied again, nothing.
On December 15 I received a notice that my order had shipped. Two months after I placed it!
I don't have the glasses yet, so I don't know if I'll be happy with them. In the meantime I purchased glasses from another company. They were three times the price for identical frames, but arrived in under a week. If GlassesPros.com had been even a little more expensive, I would have requested that they cancel the order and refund my card, but as it is I suppose as long as the quality is okay, I'll be happy to have an affordable backup pair.
