"Pathetic Company"

Ordered sunglasses on the 12th of January, NON-PRESCRIPTION sunglasses. So, you’d think they would go out the next day. NOPE. On Saturday the 28th I emailed ‘support’. On Monday the 30th they send me a tracking number that, MIRACULOUSLY, was created THAT SAME DAY. Guess what, USPS is still awaiting that shipment to be handed over to them. Called the toll free number to ask today, after emailing them Tuesday, and today, why they haven’t submitted a package to USPS…you guessed it…after you select either of their 2 options you get a busy signal. This place is a scam. I would bet all the positive reviews are written by themselves. The whole thing is a fraud. DON’T BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!!!

Addendum:

Apparently they’re not fraudulent, but if you order from this ‘company’ don’t expect anything you get to arrive in less than a month. Not until I wrote this review did the item I order even get shipped. That’s if they even shipped what I ordered.

I ordered a pair of frame with nose pads, but they came without them. Then when I tried calling during the day 10 am PST no one answered, I was essentially hung up on because it showed a busy signal. I called the next day and had the same experience. So I asked to just get a full refund and I purchased another pair-
