"1st online order for favorite frames...Modo 7026"

I have a pair of Modo 7026 frames and wanted the same. I searched for weeks and GlassesPro.com had the best prices, but I've never ordered online. Trying their email & phone customer service, wasn't impressive and similar experience as others (no response, busy dial-in, etc...) with my questions, but their selection & price is 2:1 better than others online or in-store. I'm taking a chance and hopefully it will work out for me and placed my order today (3/7/23). If all goes well, I will report back and change my review to 5 stars. Stay tuned....

Update on 4/6/2023...
So I received my glasses from GlassesPros, and ran into a problem. So my eye doctor put in the wrong PD on my Rx, which resulted in a very bad experience once I received my glasses. Thankfully, GlassesPros contacted me and is taking care of my replacement lenses at no charge. WOW! I didn't expect that and so grateful for the great customer experience. I'll definitely be returning for my next order.

Based on feedback findings for this company, I wasn’t sure about ordering from here. It took about six weeks to receive my glasses. A little longer than I would have liked. BUT they fit my face perfectly (I did use measurements from my existing glasses). They are what I ordered - essentially readers. And…they are hands down better than any pre-made readers I have ever bought. And that was the goal. Thank you.

They are scammers. I ordered glasses march 2022 and I still dont have any. They dont reply to emails, dont answer phone calls. They blame it on staff turnover, but still dont reply to emails after that. What a joke of a company. Scammers

I placed an order and after two weeks wondered where the sunglasses were. I contacted customer service and they advised the glasses were on back order and would take three weeks to come in. They apologized and offered to refund the money. While I ended up not purchasing the glasses, customer service was fast, responsive and very helpful. I would order from them again!
