Ordered a pair of Dior frames from GlassesPros in 2020, and got an amazing deal. Fast forward to Jan 2023, was robbed, and frames are gone. Called GlassesPros, hoping to find the same frames and see if price could be matched. Jay was courteous, kind, and found me the frames, and did me the courtesy of matching the price. Have received the frames, and he told me they were his last piece. They look great. Thanks for being personable, and most of all, compassionate. Despite a high call volume, he listened patiently, remained good-natured and jovial, and processed my order with patience. Found out this is a family-owned business, love that, and will continue to support it.

This site had my size. I couldn't find it at several other sites I visited. They also had a style I really liked, not just one I felt I'd have to settle for, like the other sites.
I especially liked the spring hinge that came with the style I ordered as well.
Ordering was smooth and easy. Another site I visited had an ordering process so involved that I had to call their customer service department to walk me through it.
The price I paid here was remarkably low for the impressive quality of the frame I received.
Free shipping was a plus, as was their generous discount.
My frames came two weeks after I ordered.
