My glasses came as expected. Glasses Fit great with no problems. Customer service was also a great experience. Would buy again.

"Awful"

Awful. Had an order in for 2.5 weeks and still have nothing but a tracking number that says "label created". Called to cancel and they said "since it's been shipped" (which it hasn't, they just created a label) they wouldn't be able to cancel the order. The woman on the phone also tried to convince me it would be "best" for me to ship the item back to them (out of my pocket) and didn't mention that there would be a restocking fee if I did so. I had to ask myself "will i then have a restocking fee after paying out of pocket for return shipping" and she admitted they would. Awful company that only looks out for their own interests. Now I have to RTS and dispute the charge with my card provider. Will never consider this company again and neither should you!

I ordered a pair of glasses that turned out to be on back order. They didn’t tell me until the Friday before a holiday weekend. They asked me what I wanted to do to proceed. I responded immediately and told them very clearly that I wanted a refund. They don’t respond for hours until right before closing, and instead of complying with my request for a refund, they tried to “stall” and pressured me into keeping the order for a 10% off discount on a future order (not this one). They already told me the timeline for the back order and I made a clear decision to get a refund, yet they take their time to reply and not even comply with my request. Such a hassle.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and especially with the customer support I received from GlassesPros! One of the frames I purchased, while shown on their website, was no longer available in the US, but was available in France. GlassesPros reached out to the manufacturer in Paris and secured the frames for me! The two frames I bought are beautiful and the price I paid for them can’t be beat.
