Questionable customer service so far. I'm on business day 13 from placing my order. Status shows "Processing - Lens Order Submitted To Lab", I chatted with customer service yesterday and was told they needed to reach out to the lab for update, still waiting on response....?

I never received an email confirmation. When I called them I got one 7 days later. Tried reaching them to see when my item will be shipped customer service didn’t even answer. Big aggravation using them.

"Seems like a scam. Never received glasses"
Placed an order and received an email from a gmail.com address letting me know that one of the pairs of glasses I ordered was out of stock, and they asked if I wanted to change the color. I replied with the color change I requested, and I was told I would receive an updated order confirmation and shipping information. Three weeks later and I have not received any sort of shipping update.

My order arrived undamaged and in an acceptable amount of time given my location and current worldwide shipping delays.
At one point it was unclear where my order was because it had been shipped but the postal service claimed to not have received my order. Since I'm having similar issues with a different order from a different online retailer, I presume this is due to problems on the postal service's end, not GlassesPros.
Customer service responded quickly to my question about the issue and later informed me immediately when the shipping information was updated by the postal service.
The lenses are the correct prescription and seem to be of good quality. The price was better than that of competitors. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
