"Initially I was thrilled with GlassesPro, but then..."
Initially I was thrilled with the customer support assistance I received as a first time online prescription glasses purchase.
Until I was contacted to advise me the frame I chose was no longer available. So I gave them my second choice, which was also no longer available, leaving 3 ugly choices. Since there is no refund on the lenses, I pick the least undesired of the 3.
I suggested they add messaging on their website to advise customers before ordering when frames are not available.
Now four weeks later and I still do not have my glasses, and no communication other than what I initiate (email and calls)
Had planned to order prescription sunglasses, but will look elsewhere after this poor experience.

However, I was under the impression that the lenses were going to be polarized. I'm not very happy with the product.

"Glassespros is the worst eyewear company I have ever encountered"
Glassespros has officially been renamed GLASSES - NOs! After waiting for THREE months for my glasses order to be delivered, I had to return the frames (they don't allow returns on lenses) at my cost that Glassespros then failed to retrieve even after I called them MULTIPLE TIMES on over ANOTHER THREE MONTHS, so the glasses were returned to me today.
Don't waste your time with this company, unless you love not receiving your product and not receiving any customer service if you need to follow up. They're truly the worst eyewear company I have ever had the displeasure to encounter!
