I’ve ordered a few replacement frames and have had great luck with them. I can’t speak for the lenses since I have used my own.

I ordered two glasses in glassespro.com last year, they cost four months to ship my items, before they ship the items I've requested to cancel order then they keep sending me a wrong items. Then they cost another 3 months to processing my refund... It's been over 7 months. I still not receive any refunds from them since I've returned the items back to them.... Never met this situation before..... I don't even receive a response from them,.What should I do?

Very very poor customer service. They say that they will respond to warranty claims and follow up but they never do. Lead you on for months. Do not waste your time or money with Glasses Pros. Shop elsewhere!!!!!

The order would only go through on my desktop computer, the checkout process looped on a modern phone and tablet. Had the promotion not been going on, I would have given any other provider with the glasses I ordered my money instead. Easily a two hour headache, and as a first time customer, it left a negative impression.
