Jake was so helpful (not pressured) in organising the right package for us at a very reasonable cost and set everything up very quickly. I then received a training session from Marc who very patiently walked me through their system, which is very user friendly. I felt very confident and supported from both Jake and Marc who are just an email or phone call away if I have any questions.
