Got myself in hot water with the HSE and given bad advice by private sector Consultants. I came across HS Direct and spoke with Dan Moore. Wish I'd spoken to him from the beginning.
Apart from being extremely friendly, the guy knows his stuff! He knew exactly what I was facing and basically took me through things step by step. I actually felt like he wanted to help which you don't see very often!
The system itself is great - literally covers everything you need. The consultants are also very good - I've never felt rushed and feel like I have a team behind me.
