I have not given5 stars is because there employee which I believe left the company that was not forthcoming with information and at times sound aggressive. I however was very impress with Ms Heather Howe professionality, clarity and excellent phone manners.

I was disappointed with the length of time it took to resolve my case, and the advice and support I was given. I feel that the support and advice given, contributed to the delay in settling my claim.
I do not feel that the written correspondence was of a standard I would expect from a professional company. For instance, I was sent a letter incorrectly stating that the other parties had not admitted liability.
On a positive note, the newly appointed solicitor who dealt with my case was supportive and managed to resolve it.
