I understand my claim started just before lockdown last year & there would be delays. Numerous of times i emailed for clarification of certain issues & never received a reply. Lastly, very frustrating, i asked for a bank trf for my settlement but just received a cheque! Incompetent im afraid & i wouldn't recommend you.

I found the solicitors very unhelpful, when I first refused the offer they couldn’t be bothered to fight to get me more , only updated me when I messaged them . Some of the wording on my letters was not very good either. I would not recommend these solicitors plus they had a lot of bad reviews. I was only given these solicitors through the insurance company. I had a choice I would not have gone with them .

My daughter was driver and only 17. I was main point of contact and the company kept me informed every step . All done remotely and we were never left without being updated and informed of progress

Overall ok they got the matter sorted,however I’ve been sending emails to my solicitor asking for updates to receive nothing back. I know my case was a small Matter, but surly every case should be as important as the other.

I cannot recommend Halsalls enough. Following a non-fault RTA, they contacted me within an hour of my request to my insurers for legal assistance in respect of a PI claim. From there, Ray dealt with my claim and I can honestly say it was an easy and stress free experience. Ray always responded to my queries promptly and he kept me up-to-date throughout the entire claim. His advice was clear, accurate and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. The whole lifecycle of the claim was simply faultless!
For context, I am lawyer (for clarity, I work at a different and completely unrelated firm) so I am well aware of what constitutes good / bad service and advice and I can genuinely say this was a 10/10.
