"New Heat pump"

Oxy Air were on time even though we live a bit out in the country.
Discussed the placement and even dug out a big old rose bush (that we wish was gone ages ago) to assist with ducting.

A pleasant experience from start to finish from the salesman who advised us on options for heat pump installation, the admin staff in between who organized the installation and payment and the two installers (one electrical) who actually did the job. "Poor communication on why air conditioning unit was installed"

Agreed installation date was not met, 5 visits for installation to take place. In the end we found out that the unit was faulty and needed to be replaced however this was not communicated to us until questioned.
